The mouth of Shays Canyon is located
along the road on the way into the Needles section of Canyonlands National
Park in Utah. There are many hundreds of petroglyphs located in the canyon.
This particular panel was stolen after being chiseled away from the rock and
then returned after the perpetrators were caught as part of the restitution
