This camp at Unkar is at about mile
72 on the river and located just above the ruins and Unkar rapid. The Canyon
opens up and the sky is once again big. There is lots of signs of the Anasazi
who lived here. This image made from a time exposure of about 1 hour illuminated
by the Moon and made with a Hasselblad camera on Ektachrome 100 film.
