The Unkar Fort is located before
Unkar rapid which just above mile 72 on the river. The Canyon opens up and
the sky is once again big. There is lots of signs of the Anasazi who lived
here. This image made from a time exposure of about 1 hour illuminated by
the Moon and made with a Hasselblad camera on Ektachrome 100 film.
